Hi, I'm Traci just a small town girl in Iowa. I have raised my two sons who are now married and have one grand daughter!
I'm married to my best friend, biggest cheerleader and a big help to me in my business. I started painting furniture when I was young and to broke to afford the beautiful furniture I saw and wanted! So I would buy pieces and paint them how I wanted in a shabby chic style I loved. I always enjoyed decorating and was often complimented and told I should start doing this for a living. I wasn't able to achieve that goal until my boys were older. Once I started my business I knew what I was meant to do!!
I now do custom painting fulltime and have started branching out a bit to helping people decorate their home. I think it is so important to come home and love your space and have it feel welcoming.
I'm starting this blog also to give tutorials on painting, decorating and enjoying your space. So I hope you will enjoy reading my blog.
